  If you're looking for a truly objective third party for your inspection and you want someone who knows their stuff, look no further than Jay at General Home Inspection. He will go over ever inch of the house and explain to you what you need to know about every defect or component. He is very communicative and takes your business seriously. His reports are detailed yet easy to understand and he turns them around in a matter of hours. Most importantly - when Jay doesn't know the answer to a question, he doesn't bluff you. He will find out what he needs to know and ensure that you have the right answer. This is a rare quality in any industry, let alone real estate. I have hired Jay for two inspections, and I will hire him again if I ever have the chance. I couldn't recommend him any higher.

  Jay with General Home Inspection was very thorough. He included pictures in a very detailed report. He sent the full report to me the same day. He explained major issue to me right onsite. I appreciate the knowledge I gained from his inspection. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He responds fast to messages sent. I will be using him again and recommending to anyone in need of a home inspection.
