His reports are detailed yet easy to understand and he turns them around in a matter of hours. Most importantly - when Jay doesn't know the answer to a question, he doesn't bluff you. He will find out what he needs to know and ensure that you have the right answer. This is a rare quality in any industry, let alone real estate. I have hired Jay for two inspections, and I will hire him again if I ever have the chance. I couldn't recommend him any higher.

    Jay with General Home Inspection was very thorough. He included pictures in a very detailed report. He sent the full report to me the same day. He explained major issue to me right onsite. I appreciate the knowledge I gained from his inspection. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He responds fast to messages sent. I will be using him again and recommending to anyone in need of a home inspection.
